Privacy and processing of personal data in job applications

By submitting the job application form, the applicant authorizes Complejo Turístico Teleférico Cerro Otto to process the personal data and résumé/CV submitted for the purpose of evaluating their job application, contacting them in relation to current or future recruitment processes, and internally managing the personnel selection process.

What data is collected

We may collect the following data:

• Full name

• Age

• Email address

• Area of interest

• Optional note or message

• Résumé/CV

• Information voluntarily included in the form or in the attached documentation

• Internal application identifier, if applicable

Applicants are advised not to include information that is not necessary to evaluate the application.

Who has access

The information will be accessed only by authorized personnel of Complejo Turístico Teleférico Cerro Otto and/or by those involved in the internal management of the selection process.

The data may also be stored or processed through systems and technology providers used by the company to operate the form, preserve the documentation received, and manage applications.

Retention

Personal data and the résumé/CV will be retained for as long as they are necessary or useful to evaluate the application, manage current selection processes, or consider the applicant for future job opportunities.

The applicant may request the deletion of their personal data and associated documentation as indicated in the contact section.

Sensitive data

Applicants are advised not to include unnecessary sensitive data, such as health information, religious beliefs, political opinions, union membership, sex life, or any other data that is not relevant to the selection process.
